Product Overview
The Waldorf RN8613G is a 900mm commercial gas range from Moffat, combining four cast iron 28 MJ/hr open burners on the left with a 300mm griddle plate on the right for kitchens that need both high-volume burner cooking and a grill section in a single 900mm unit. Four burners deliver 112 MJ/hr, the 300mm griddle adds 20 MJ/hr, and the GN 2/1 gas oven beneath runs independently from the cooktop. The drop-down oven door uses a welded frame spring hinge system refined over two years of engineering development, sealing firmly to hold temperature consistently through service. All controls and servicing are accessible from the front. Supplied for natural gas or LPG at the same price.
Best for: Restaurant and cafe kitchens that need a practical split between open burner cooking and a dedicated griddle section without committing to a full grill configuration.
Static or convection oven
The RN8613G has a static gas oven. The RN8613GC is the same range with a convection oven, adding a 100W fan and 200mm circulation fan for more even heat distribution, a wider temperature range of 50°C to 320°C, and automatic fan and burner shutoff when the door is opened. The convection model requires a standard 10 amp power point for the fan motor.
