Waldorf CH8600G-LS 600mm Gas Char Grill

The Waldorf CH8600G-LS is a 600mm heavy duty commercial gas char grill on a fully modular leg stand. Fitted with two 33 MJ stainless steel burners independently controlled across a 592mm x 500mm cast iron grate surface, each zone can be run at different temperatures to suit different cuts and cooking demands simultaneously. The inclined grate position incorporates a flare reducing fin design that channels grease into the front collection drawer. Fully modular and designed to match the Waldorf 800 Series cooking suite. Available in natural gas or LPG. Also available as the CH8600G-B bench model at $5,390 excl GST.

Drop-on grill plates

Optional cast iron drop-on grill plates are available to replace any grate section, converting part or all of the cooking surface from char grill to flat griddle. Available in 300mm (model 230707, $550 excl GST) and 450mm (model 230710, $650 excl GST) widths. Multiple sections can be mixed in any position, giving complete flexibility to run char grill and flat grill simultaneously on the same unit.
