The Waldorf CH8900G-LS is a 900mm heavy duty commercial gas char grill on a fully modular leg stand. Fitted with three 33 MJ stainless steel burners independently controlled across an 892mm x 500mm cast iron grate surface, each zone can be run at different temperatures to suit different cuts and cooking demands simultaneously. The inclined grate position incorporates a flare reducing fin design that channels grease into the front collection drawer. Fully modular and designed to match the Waldorf 800 Series cooking suite. Available in natural gas or LPG. Also available as the CH8900G-B bench model at $6,290 excl GST.

Drop-on grill plates
Optional cast iron drop-on grill plates are available to replace any grate section, converting part or all of the cooking surface from char grill to flat griddle. Available in 300mm (model 230707, $550 excl GST), 450mm (model 230710, $650 excl GST) and 600mm (model 230713, $780 excl GST) widths. Multiple sections can be mixed in any position, giving complete flexibility to run char grill and flat grill simultaneously on the same unit.
