The Waldorf CH8450G-LS is a 450mm heavy duty commercial gas char grill on a fully modular leg stand. Fitted with a single 48 MJ stainless steel burner across a 442mm x 500mm cast iron grate surface, it delivers high performance grilling in a compact footprint suited to smaller kitchens or tight cooking lines. The inclined grate position incorporates a flare reducing fin design that channels grease into the front collection drawer. Fully modular and designed to match the Waldorf 800 Series cooking suite. Available in natural gas or LPG. Also available as the CH8450G-B bench model at $4,190 excl GST.

Drop-on grill plates
The 300mm drop-on grill plate (model 230707, $550 excl GST) is the recommended option for the 450mm model. Simply drop in place of a grate section to run char grill and flat grill simultaneously on the same unit.
