Blue Seal G593-LS 450mm Gas Char Grill

The Blue Seal G593-LS is a 450mm heavy duty commercial gas char grill on a fully modular leg stand. Fitted with a single 48 MJ stainless steel burner and heavy duty reversible cast iron top grates, it delivers high performance grilling in a compact footprint suited to smaller kitchens or tight cooking lines. The inclined grate position incorporates a flare reducing fin design that channels grease into the front collection drawer. Fully modular and designed to match the Blue Seal Evolution cooking suite. Available in natural gas or LPG. Also available as the G593-B bench model at $3,990 excl GST.

Drop-on griddle plates

Optional cast iron drop-on griddle plates are available to replace any grate section, converting part or all of the cooking surface from char grill to flat griddle. The 300mm drop-on griddle plate (model 230707, $550 excl GST) is the recommended option for the 450mm model. Simply drop in place of a grate section to run char grill and flat grill simultaneously on the same unit.
