Product Overview
The Scotsman AFC 137 AS OX is a self-contained under counter cubelet ice machine producing up to 140kg of cubelet ice per day at 21°C ambient. Each 1g cubelet measures 16mm x 15mm x 7-8mm — a small, soft, chewable ice form that absorbs the flavour of beverages and is ideal for cold drinks, blended beverages, healthcare, and food display. The 40kg integrated storage bin provides generous capacity for busy service periods while still fitting neatly under a standard counter.
The AFC 137 AS OX uses a stainless steel auger evaporator to produce consistent cubelet ice across a wide range of ambient and water temperatures. Front-in, front-out airflow allows installation in tight or built-in spaces where side clearance is limited. The XSafe Natural Sanitation System and Agion antimicrobial technology work together to resist microbial growth and suppress odours between service cycles. Backed by a 2-year parts and labour warranty through Moffat.
