The Blue Seal GT60 commercial gas fryer is a 600mm wide body single pan fryer from Moffat, with the same infrared burner technology and mechanical controls as the GT45, scaled up to a 600mm footprint with 31 litres of oil capacity. The wider pan accommodates three standard baskets simultaneously for high-volume parallel frying, or two large baskets for bigger loads, making the GT60 the right choice for busy restaurants, fish and chip shops and high-output kitchens that need maximum frying capacity in a single pan fryer. Thermostat accurate to plus or minus 1°C, 10 year stainless steel pan warranty, compatible oil filter rolls in underneath. Supplied for natural gas with LPG conversion kit included.
