The Washtech TW is the world's only undercounter potwasher. No other manufacturer has ever built a machine that combines the washing power of a commercial potwasher with a footprint that fits under a standard bench height. With an 800mm wide wash chamber, triple cycle selection and single phase 15 amp power, the TW washes pots, pans, baking trays, mixing bowls, bins and standard 500mm dish racks — all without requiring a pass-through installation or 3 phase power.
Best for: Commercial kitchens, bakeries, aged care facilities and catering operations that need heavy duty pot and pan washing capability without the space, power or installation requirements of a pass-through potwasher.
How the Washtech TW cleans
The TW uses two 380W wash pumps recirculating wash water through stainless steel twin upper and lower wash arms for even, powerful spray coverage across the full width of the 800mm chamber. Triple cycle selection of 2, 4 and 6 minutes allows operators to match the cycle to the load — shorter cycles for lightly soiled items, longer cycles for heavily soiled pots and baking equipment. Double filtration keeps the wash water clean throughout service. The machine uses just 4 litres of water per cycle and every load is sanitised to meet Australian hygiene regulations.
