Product Overview
The Scotsman NWL 507 AS OX is a modular large dice ice machine producing up to 194kg of large dice cubes per day at 21°C ambient. Each 15g large dice cube measures 29mm x 22mm x 29mm — a premium, slow-melting cube that presents well in glassware and suits upscale bar service, spirits, and premium cold drinks. Scotsman's vertical evaporator spray-system technology delivers reliable, consistent production across a wide range of ambient and water temperatures. The top air discharge design makes the NWL 507 AS OX suitable for narrow space installation where side clearance is restricted. The XSafe EcoX Natural Sanitation System and Agion antimicrobial technology work together to resist microbial growth and suppress odours between service cycles.
