The Scotsman NW 1408 AS OX is a high-capacity modular dice ice machine producing up to 630kg of dice cubes per day at 21°C ambient. Each 10g dice cube measures 22mm x 22mm x 22mm — a versatile, fast-chilling cube well suited to cold drinks, bar service, and food display. Scotsman's vertical evaporator spray-system technology delivers reliable, consistent production across a wide range of ambient and water temperatures. The XSafe Natural Sanitation System and Agion antimicrobial technology work together to resist microbial growth and suppress odours between service cycles. One-touch cleaning reduces labour time and front evaporator access simplifies servicing. Backed by a 3-year parts and labour warranty through Moffat.
