The Scotsman MC 1848 MA is a high-capacity modular dice ice machine producing up to 868kg of dice cubes per day at 21°C ambient. Each 10g dice cube measures 22mm x 22mm x 22mm — a versatile, fast-chilling cube well suited to cold drinks, bar service, and food display. Scotsman's vertical evaporator spray-system technology delivers reliable, consistent production across a wide range of ambient and water temperatures. Agion antimicrobial technology resists microbial growth and suppresses odours between service cycles. Water sense adaptive purge control reduces water usage by adjusting consumption only when needed. One-touch cleaning and front access to the condenser air filter make day-to-day maintenance straightforward. Backed by a 3-year parts and labour warranty through Moffat.
