The Washtech CD180 is a fully automatic 3 stage rack conveyor dishwasher, pre-wash, wash and sanitising rinse, delivering 180 racks per hour as standard with higher throughput available on request. The additional pre-wash stage over the CD120 handles heavier soil loads more effectively, making it the right choice for kitchens with high-volume food production or catering operations where plates and trays carry significant food residue. Fully modular, all stainless steel, configured to client specifications.
Best for: Large hotels, hospitals, aged care facilities, university campuses, canteens and catering operations needing heavy duty continuous washing at high throughput.
How the Washtech CD180 works
Racks travel through 3 stages on a continuous conveyor, a pre-wash that removes heavy food soil, a powerful recirculating wash, then a sanitising hot rinse. The rinse economiser ensures water is used only when racks are present in the rinse zone, keeping consumption to 300 litres per hour despite the higher throughput. Removable upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with end plugs make daily cleaning straightforward. Simple electromechanical controls keep servicing minimal and parts readily available nationwide through Moffat.
