The Blue Seal E60 commercial electric fryer is a 600mm wide single pan fryer from Moffat - the electric equivalent of the GT60, delivering 22 kW through two flat bar stainless steel elements for a 40 kg per hour production rate. The flat bar element design maximises contact surface area with the oil for efficient heat transfer and is straightforward to clean. Electronic thermostat gives precise temperature control from 90°C to 195°C with a safety start switch as standard. Accommodates three standard baskets or two large baskets. Compatible with the Filtamax oil filtration system. 3 phase supply required.
Best for: Busy restaurants, pubs and takeaways that need high output 600mm single pan electric frying capacity with precise electronic temperature control.
