Product Overview
The Waldorf FN8130G is a 600mm wide body single pan gas fryer from Moffat — the same machine as the Blue Seal GT60 in Waldorf's Australian livery. Built from all 304 grade stainless steel with 2 x 45 MJ/hr patented infrared burners and 31 litres of oil capacity, the FN8130G accommodates three standard baskets simultaneously or two large baskets for bigger loads. No gas regulator required. Compatible with the Waldorf Filtamax oil filtration system that rolls in underneath and stores under the fryer. 10 year stainless steel pan warranty. Supplied for natural gas or LPG at the same price.
Best for: Busy restaurants, fish and chip shops, pub kitchens and high-volume takeaways that want the 600mm wide body capacity in the Waldorf brand with Filtamax oil filtration compatibility.
