Eattucker by Commercial Catering Services is mainly based on the drop shipping model. We arrange your product to be shipped directly to you by our National Supplier. This has several advantages, we can take advantage of our suppliers competitive shipping rates. The product is shipped directly to you making it faster, avoiding double handling, tracked all the way and straight from the main national warehouse to you.
If a tailgate delivery is required the cost is usually $150 plus GST. The big delivery companies are only required to park their truck and point to your purchased item on the truck and require you to unload it. Refusing is futile as they will only charge a redelivery fee. Most heavy items will require a tailgate delivery so it is wise to check the weight of your purchase just in case this situation happens.
To be fair most trucks have tailgates and most drivers are friendly and will unload regardless but there is always that one guy.
For most major cities, freight costs are between $100 and $150 with most of our supplier partners. Remote locations we do have to get an official price but it not typically much more. This is the major reason we do not allow checkout on the website as there is no fixed freight table we can apply.
Another reason is we have to pay a 2.5% credit card surcharge, which is sizable on most purchases and we have to pass this cost on. This fee can be avoided by direct debit saving hundreds.

Our Returns Policy
Returns policy is determined by our supply partners. If the product is still in the box unopened we can usually arrange a full refund with deduction of freight cost delivery and pick up applied.
If it is a swap over for the same brand some of these fees are waved
If the unit is unpacked and used then it more difficult to get a fair refund, we can help get a suitable outcome but in the end it lies with our supplier.
