Merrychef conneX series is the next generation of advanced high speed ovens, by combining microwave, convection heat and impingement cooking, it can cook up to 12 times faster than a convention oven . The generation connex has has an easy touch control panel and built in internet connectivty. This allows remote monitoring and programming with over a 100 pre-promgrammed recipes available. Menu options can be uploaded remotely, using the Welbilt platform KitchenConnect which also allows the oven to be monitored at all times.
