The American built Merrychef conneX series is now the next generation of advanced high speed ovens. Using microwaves, convection heat and impingement cooking, it cooks 12 times faster than a normal convention oven.

Easy to use touch control panel with built in internet connectivty. Allows remote monitoring and programming anywhere with over a 100 pre-programmed recipes available. Menu options can be uploaded effortlessly using the Welbilt platform KitchenConnect and allows the oven to be monitored at all times.
