The Merrychef ConneX 12 HP is the high power WiFi model in the ConneX 12 range — delivering 5.8 kW total power and a 2.0 kW microwave on a 2 phase 20 amp connection. It shares the same 311mm x 311mm cavity as the ConneX 12 E and SP but with nearly double the microwave power, making it significantly faster on high-volume quick service menus. WiFi connected via the Merrychef ConnectLine platform, no hood required.
Best for: High-volume quick service restaurants, food courts and busy venues that need maximum cooking speed with WiFi menu management and have access to 2 phase power.
How the Merrychef ConneX 12 HP cooks
The ConneX 12 HP uses the same three-technology cooking system as all Merrychef speed ovens — top impingement airflow, microwave energy and convection heat — but at 5.8 kW total with a 2.0 kW microwave, it delivers significantly faster cook times than the single phase ConneX models. This makes it the right choice for operations with high throughput requirements where speed per cycle is critical. WiFi connectivity enables remote menu management through the Merrychef ConnectLine cloud platform, and the built-in catalytic converter eliminates the need for an exhaust hood.
