The Washtech CD120 is a fully automatic 2 stage rack conveyor dishwasher — wash and sanitising rinse — built for high volume commercial kitchens that need continuous throughput without the manual handling of a pass-through machine. Running at 120 racks per hour as standard with higher throughput available on request, the CD120 is fully modular, constructed from robust stainless steel and configured to each client's individual specifications and requirements.
Best for: Hotels, hospitals, aged care facilities, stadiums, large restaurants and canteens that need continuous automated dishwashing at high volume.
How the Washtech CD120 works
Racks are loaded at one end and travel through the machine on a continuous conveyor belt. The 2 stage process covers a powerful recirculating wash followed by a sanitising hot rinse. A rinse economiser ensures water is consumed only when racks are present in the rinse zone, keeping water consumption to just 300 litres per hour. Removable upper and lower stainless steel wash arms with end plugs make cleaning straightforward. Simple electromechanical controls keep service requirements minimal and parts readily available.
