The Fastfri FF18 is a compact, high-output single pan gas fryer from Moffat — 18 litres of oil capacity, 90 MJ/hr power output and a 400mm footprint that fits into tight kitchen lines. Producing up to 25 kg of fried product per hour with a fully open pan and no heat tubes, the FF18 is a straightforward workhorse fryer suited to cafes, takeaways and smaller restaurant kitchens that need reliable gas frying without the cost of the full Waldorf or Blue Seal range. Supplied for natural gas with LPG conversion kit included.
