The Blue Seal E43 commercial electric fryer is a 450mm single pan fryer from Moffat, the electric equivalent of the GT45, with the same 450mm footprint, 31 kg per hour production rate and oil filter compatibility, powered by three stainless steel heating elements delivering 17 kW total. The E43 uses hinge-out counterbalanced elements that tilt clear of the pan for cleaning without tools, with all controls and servicing accessible from the front. Compatible with the Filtamax oil filtration system that rolls in underneath and stores under the fryer. 3 phase supply required. Supplied with 2 baskets and stainless steel lid.
Best for: Restaurants, cafes and takeaways that want 450mm single pan electric frying capacity with oil filter compatibility and the same production rate as the GT45 gas fryer.
