Product Overview
The Washtech PW3 is the largest pass-through warewasher in the Washtech range — a heavy duty machine built for high-volume commercial operations that need to wash large quantities of crates, bins, pots, baking trays and standard 500mm dish racks. At 1,305mm wide with a 650mm high wash chamber, the PW3 takes two 500mm racks side by side in a single cycle, doubling throughput compared to a standard pass-through dishwasher. No lifting required — items are loaded directly from bench height on either side.
Best for: High-volume commercial kitchens, food processing facilities, aged care facilities, hospitals, schools and large catering operations that need to wash large volumes of crates, bins, pots and pans alongside standard dishwasher racks.
How the Washtech PW3 cleans
The PW3 uses two 1.5 kW wash pumps recirculating water at a combined 1,600 litres per minute through upper and lower stainless steel wash arms for powerful, even coverage across the full 1,305mm chamber width. Triple cycle selection of 2, 4 and 6 minutes allows operators to match the cycle to the load. The rinse booster elements ensure fast recovery between cycles and every load is sanitised at high temperature. A FastClean rounded wash tank with double filtration and scrap and pump inlet filters keeps wash water clean throughout service. The three-sided door provides full access to the wash chamber and the counterbalanced insulated two-piece door with safety stop switch allows fingertip lifting.
The PW3 uses the same PCB control boards as the Washtech X series — simple, reliable and inexpensive to repair. For a full explanation of how Washtech controls work across the range, see our Washtech controls guide.

PW3C — condenser version
The PW3C is the condenser version of the PW3 at $25,870 plus GST. It features a built-in heat condenser that captures steam from the wash cycle, eliminating the need for a ventilation hood. This makes it suitable for installations where fitting an exhaust hood is not possible. Contact Sean to discuss the PW3C option for your operation.
