The  Waldorf RN8110G-B is a gas supplied heavy duty commercial 900 mm wide Target Top/Grill Plate with a generous cooking surface area of 900 mm x 625 mm. A compact, mobile, space saving unit that can be safely positioned on most bench top surfaces freeing up valuable floor space perfect for small catering establishments. Powered by a two stage 45 megajoule per hour rated gas burner with separate inner and outer rings that provide accurate temperature control and differentiated temperature zones for full Target Top performance and versatility. The Waldorf 800 Series Target Tops continues the tradition of outstanding performance, excellent results and dependability. Ideally suited to most small restaurants, cafes and take aways.
