The Waldorf RN8100G-LS is a fully modular gas fired high performance 900 mm wide commercial Target Top Plate mounted on a thick gauge heavy duty stainless steel leg stand with a fitted stainless steel under shelf for convenient storage of kitchen utensils. A redesigned revolutionised range of Target Tops by Waldorf built on a fully galvanised steel chassis construction with fully welded seams and finished in thick gauge 304 grade robust stainless steel. Powered by a two stage high output 45 megajoule per hour rated gas burner with separate inner and outer rings that provides accurate temperature control and differentiated temperature zones for full Target Top performance and versatility. An ideal affordable solution for any catering establishment while delivering superior cooking results every time.
