The Turbochef i3 is a high speed compact commercial Electric Convection Microwave Oven with a fully insulated large internal chamber that can accommodate half size sheet metal pans with a throughput equal to larger ovens. It can cook an impressive range of food up to twelve times faster than any conventional oven while still producing consistent results without compromising on food quality.
