The Merrychef ConneX 12 E is the entry level model in the Merrychef ConneX series — a WiFi connected speed oven that combines microwave, convection and top impingement technology with cloud-based menu management. Running on single phase 15 amp power with no hood required, the ConneX 12 E delivers the same cooking performance as the e1s but adds WiFi connectivity for remote menu updates and multi-site management through the Merrychef ConnectLine platform.
Best for: Cafes, bars and small restaurants that want WiFi connected menu management and the ability to update recipes remotely or across multiple sites.
How the Merrychef ConneX 12 E cooks
The ConneX 12 E uses the same three-technology cooking system as all Merrychef speed ovens — tuned top impingement airflow, microwave energy and convection heat working simultaneously to cook food up to 12 times faster than a conventional oven. A built-in catalytic converter eliminates the need for a ventilation hood. The ConneX platform adds WiFi connectivity, allowing menu programmes to be pushed remotely via the Merrychef ConnectLine cloud platform — ideal for operators managing menus across multiple locations or updating seasonal items without visiting each site.
