Product Overview
The Blue Seal E44 split pan commercial electric fryer is a 450mm twin vat fryer from Moffat, with the vat divided into two independent 12 litre pans each with its own heating elements and separate temperature controls. Each vat can be set to a different temperature simultaneously, allowing chips in one pan and a different product in the other without flavour transfer. During quiet periods one vat can be shut down to save energy. Same hinge-out counterbalanced elements as the E43 for tool-free cleaning, all servicing from the front. Compatible with the Filtamax oil filtration system. 3 phase supply required.
Best for: Restaurants, pubs and takeaways that need to fry different products at different temperatures simultaneously, or want the flexibility to run one vat during quiet periods.

The E44 uses mechanical thermostat controls. The E44E is the same fryer with digital electronic controls for more precise temperature management.
