How the Washtech UD cleans differently

Most undercounter dishwashers wash your dishes in the same dirty water throughout the cycle. The UD works differently. During the cycle, it drains dirty wash water and replaces it, so your dishes are always being washed in the hottest, cleanest water available. The final rinse then sanitises at 82°C well above Australian health code requirements.
