The Blue Seal E604 is a 1200mm wide twin pan electric fryer from Moffat — effectively two E603 wide pan fish fryers in a single unit. Each pan holds 30 litres of oil and is heated by its own independent 17 kW element with independent temperature control, giving 60 litres of total oil capacity and the ability to run each pan at a different temperature or shut one down during quiet periods. The same wide shallow pan design as the E603 maximises oil surface area for flat frying of large fish portions. Strengthened stainless steel bash bars on both tanks, melt cycle switches for solid shortening as standard, 10 year pan warranty. 3 phase 400V supply required.
Best for: High-volume fish and chip shops and seafood restaurants that need twin pan capacity with independent temperature control in a wide pan fish fryer format.
