The Waldorf SN8200E is a 900 mm wide commercial Electric Salamander Grill suitable for bench top or wall mounted operation, gastronome compatible, powered by twin high speed infrared coil elements for optimum cooking performance. Monocoque construction of heavy duty 304 grade stainless steel and porcelain enamel with an adjustable chrome wire rack, heat resistant handles and large easy to use heat resistant control knobs conveniently located on the front of the machine. Salamander grills provide two independently controlled heat zones for the left and right hand side of the cooking area for full cooking flexibility and versatility. They can be used for melting, grilling, gratinating and toasting. An affordable, functional, reliable addition for any small to mid sized catering establishment.
