The Turbochef  HHC 2020 is a commercial Single Belt Ventless Electric Conveyor Oven that can accommodate full-size metal sheet pans. It can cook an impressive range of food up to twelve times faster than any conventional oven producing consistent results without compromising on food quality. Patented and designed by Turbochef it offers endless menu possibilities, eliminates the need for multiple cooking appliances, extra units can be stacked up to three high, freeing up valuable floor space and reducing energy costs. A built in re-circulating catalytic converter allows for ventless operation limiting grease, odour and smoke emissions creating a more user-friendly working environment. Ventless operation further reduces energy, utility and installation costs and allows a much greater degree of flexibility in positioning of your appliance. An ideal cooking solution for any quick service high production catering establishment, easily installed as it requires no water, no waste and no extraction.
