The Turbochef i5 is a high-speed commercial Electric Convection Microwave Oven with a fully insulated spacious internal chamber that can accommodate a full-size hotel or GN metal pans. It can cook a wide range of food up to twelve times faster than a conventional oven producing consistent results without compromising on food quality. Top launched microwave system designed and patented by Turbochef offers endless menu possibilities, eliminates the need for multiple cooking appliances, frees up valuable floor space and reduces energy costs.
