The Turbofan H10D-FS ($4,450 plus GST) is a newly developed no nonsense, holding cabinet to keep food warm, moist and ready to serve. Water reservoir always makes sure that your food product never dries out but will moist for hours. Designed to take up little space. It can also be twined and stacked to the Turbofan E32D4 convection oven.
