The Blue Seal G593-LS is a gas fired 450mm wide heavy duty commercial Chargrill mounted on a robust 304 grade stainless steel matching leg stand with a fitted stainless steel undershelf for storing pots and pans. A space saving, a compact machine powered by a 48 MJ per hour cast iron open burner and cast iron radiant that effortlessly delivers optimal heat that is distributed evenly right through to the edges of the cooking surface area. This heating mode effectively and efficiently seals in the meat juices giving your food that pleasing seared look and delicious charcoal grilled flavour.
