The Blue Seal G593-B is a 450mm wide commercial heavy duty gas fired Chargrill, designed for bench top operation and service. Bench top models are compact, mobile, space saving units giving the option of extra work surface area, extra storage and refrigeration. Powered by a cast iron open burner and cast iron radiant that effortlessly delivers maximum blistering heat which is distributed evenly right through to the edges sealing in the meat juices that give your food that delicious charcoal grilled flavour. High performing chargrill that despite its deceptively small size delivers excellent results and continuous high performance every time. Ideally suited to small restaurants, cafes and takeaways.
