The Friginox MX15-5AEM is a combined reach in economy Blast Chiller/Freezer capable of blast chilling from +70°C to +3°C in less than 90 minutes or blast freezing from +70°C to -18°C in less than 240 minutes. Compact heavy duty free standing machine finished in robust 304 grade stainless steel on sturdy heavy duty height adjustable legs designed to accept GN 1/1 pans or Euro 600mm by 400mm bakery racks. An energy efficient blast chilling capacity of 15kg per cycle or blast freezing capacity of 5kg per cycle. Friginox blast chillers/freezers are an essential addition to any professional kitchen as they can offer menu flexibility while perfectly preserving the nutritional value, taste and texture of your food, reduce food waste and still meet strict hygiene food safety standards.
