The Blue Seal E603 is a single pan 600 mm wide electric fryer with a 30 litre oil capacity. A thickened stainless steel bash bar is welded into the front of the tank making it stronger and last longer. This reinforced bash bar also gives the operator a handy point to get rid of excess oil from the fried food in the basket.
