The Cobra by Moffat CS9 is a fully modular 900 mm wide commercial Gas Salamander Grill suitable for bench top or wall mounted operation, gastronome compatible, powered by twin high speed infrared burners for optimum cooking performance. Constructed from heavy duty 304 grade stainless steel with flame failure protection for each burner, heat resistant handles and large easy to use heat resistant control knobs. Cobra grills provide two independently controlled heat zones for the left and right hand side of the cooking area for full cooking flexibility and versatility. They can be used for melting, grilling, gratinating and toasting. An affordable, functional, reliable addition for any small to mid sized catering establishment with a surprisingly economical price tag.
