The Cobra CR9A is a fully modular gas powered 900 mm wide stainless steel Grill Plate mounted on an extra wide gas fired Range Static Oven that can accommodate 2/1 GN or 1/1 GN metal pan on each rack. Built on a fully galvanised heavy duty steel chassis with fully welded seams and finished in thick gauge 304 polished stainless steel. Optional hob variations of 300 mm, 600 mm or 900 mm wide mild steel griddle plates add flexibility allowing for an individually designed configuration to suit your specific needs. Fully welded enamel lined oven with a high crown height of 365 mm, heated by a powerful cast iron 28 mega joule per hour rated main burner with a temperature range of 80 °C - 300 °C means the oven can consistently deliver the volume required in your busy kitchen.
