The Cobra CR6D is a four burner 600 mm wide fully modular gas-fired heavy duty commercial Cook Top on a gas fired Static Oven Range that can accommodate one 1/1 GN metal pan on each rack. Built on a fully galvanised heavy duty steel chassis with fully welded seams and finished in thick gauge 304 polished stainless steel. Effortlessly powered by four heavy duty cast iron gas 22 mega joule rated open burners providing exceptional heat to the cooking surface area and excellent cooking results. User-friendly reinforced heavy duty fitted vitreous enamel trivets with finger support allow you to move pots and pans safely around the surface without accidental tip overs or spillage. Fully welded enamel lined oven with a high crown height of 365 mm, heated by a powerful cast iron 24 megajoule per hour rated the main burner with a temperature range of 80°C - 300°C means the oven can consistently deliver the volume required in your busy kitchen.
