The Blue Seal G91 is a 900mm wide commercial Gas Salamander Grill suitable for bench top or wall mounted operation, gastronome compatible, powered by high-speed infrared burners for optimum cooking performance. Monocoque construction of heavy duty 304 grade stainless steel and porcelain enamel, with standing pilot and flame failure protection for each burner, heat-resistant handles and large easy to use heat resistant control knobs conveniently located on the front of the machine. Salamander grills provide two independently controlled heat zones for the left and right-hand side of the cooking area for full cooking flexibility and versatility. They can be used for melting, grilling, gratinating and toasting. An affordable, functional, reliable addition for any small to mid-sized catering establishment.
