The Blue Seal G570 is a 900 mm wide fully modular commercial gas fired Target Top Hob on a gas fired Static Oven Range that can accommodate 10 x GN 2/1 metal pans from the completely redesigned and revolutionised Evolution Series. Built on a fully galvanised heavy duty steel chassis with fully welded seams and finished in thick gauge robust 304 grade stainless steel. Cast iron Target Top powered by a two stage gas burner with separate inner and outer rings provide accurate temperature control and differentiated temperature zones for full Target Top performance and versatility. Fully welded enamel lined oven with a generous crown height of 385 mm heated by a powerful 30 MJ per hour rated main burner fitted with pilot and full flame protection an added bonus safety feature which is slowly becoming law throughout the world. A high performing economical and affordable gas Target Top and gas Oven suitable for any catering establishment.
