The Blue Seal G512D-B is a heavy duty 300 mm wide commercial gas fired Cook Top in a compact space-saving bench model design finished in heavy duty thick gauge 304-grade stainless steel. Bench top models free up valuable floor space giving options of extra work surface area, extra storage and refrigeration. Powered by two heavy duty cast iron 28 Mj per hour rated open burners that effortlessly deliver impressive heat and excellent results. Fitted with thicker heavy-duty vitreous enamel trivets with finger support means you can move pots and pans safely around the cooking surface area without accidental tip overs or spillage. High performing affordable Cook Top ideally suited to small restaurants, cafes and takeaways.
