The Blue Seal E91 is a 900 mm wide commercial Electric Salamander Grill suitable for bench top or wall mounted operation, gastronome compatible, powered by high-speed infrared 3 kW twin coil elements for optimum cooking performance. Monocoque construction of heavy duty 304 grade stainless steel and vitreous porcelain enamel with an adjustable chrome wire rack, heat resistant handles and large easy to use heat resistant control knobs. Salamander grills provide two independently controlled heat zones for the left and right-hand side of the cooking area for full cooking flexibility and versatility. They can be used for melting, grilling, gratinating and toasting. An affordable, functional, reliable addition for any small to mid-sized catering establishment.
