The Blue Seal E90 is a 600 mm wide commercial Electric Salamander Grill suitable for bench top or wall mounted operation, gastronome compatible, powered by high speed infrared twin coil elements for optimum cooking performance. Monocoque construction of heavy duty stainless steel with a self balancing adjustable grill height, heat resistant handles and large easy to use heat resistant control knobs conveniently located on the front of the machine. Salamander grills provide two independently controlled heat zones for the left and right hand side of the cooking area for full cooking flexibility and versatility. They can be used for melting, grilling, gratinating and toasting. An affordable, functional, reliable addition for any small to mid sized catering establishment.
