The Friginox MX45ATS is a reach in heavy duty commercial Blast Chiller / Freezer with a blast chilling capacity of 45 kg per cycle or blast freezing capacity of 20kg per cycle. These blast chillers / freezers are the only ones in the world to use the "self adapting intelligent i-chilling" system exclusively developed by Friginox. This system automatically and without any manual operation selects a cooling air temperature most appropriate to the product being cooled, choosing from over forty possible temperature levels, to chill/freeze the foodstuff in the fastest possible time to avoid ice formation, inhibit bacterial growth and maintain food quality. Friginox blast chillers/freezers are an essential addition to any professional kitchen as they offer menu flexibility while perfectly preserving the nutritional value, taste and texture of your food, reduce food waste and still meet strict hygiene food safety standards.
