The Cookrite ATFS-40 is a stand alone commercial deep fryer. Budget price with 2 years warranty on parts and labour. An additional 2 years warranty on parts if register with the manufacturer on line. It features a stainless steel construction, adjustable temperature control, and a large oil capacity. It is suitable for a variety of foods, including French fries, chicken, fish, and more.
