The Turbochef Bullet ENC-9600-605-AU is a high speed commercial Electric Convection Microwave Oven with a fully insulated spacious internal chamber that can accommodate a full-size hotel or GN Metal Pans. The Bullet's utilisation of radiant heat, high-speed air impingement and side-launched microwave to cook a wide range o food up to twelve times faster than a traditional oven, without sacrificing quality or taste. Turbochef's uniquely designed and patented top launched microwave system provides endless menu possibilities, eradicates the need for multiple cooking appliances, frees up floor space and decreases energy costs. A built in re-circulating catalytic converter allows for ventless operation limiting grease, odour and smoke emissions creating a more user-friendly working environment.
