The Waldorf CH8450G-LS is a gas fired 450mm wide commercial Chargrill mounted on a heavy duty 304 grade stainless steel leg stand with a fitted stainless steel under shelf for extra storage space. A tidy compact, space saving unit powered by a 48MJ per hour cast iron open burner that effortlessly delivers optimal heat distributed evenly right through to the edges of the cooking surface area. This heating mode effectively and efficiently seals in the meat juices giving your food that pleasing seared look and delicious charcoal grilled flavour. High performing chargrill that despite its small size delivers excellent results and continuous high performance. Ideally suited to small restaurants, cafes and takeaways.
